Dear Friends!

This year WISSA-2017 takes place in Togliatti which has been my hometown for 10 years! The victory in WISSA is much more important for our kiters than in any other championship. I believe, the region of the Volga river and the Zhiguli Sea will become the best ground for your races, victories, records and performances. In February, ice is always fast here, the wind is strong, Togliatti fans are very exited, and our city is really hospitable.

Please, find all the essential official documents in “Documents” section: regulations on the competition, racing instructions, rules and others.

If you have any questions about transfer, meals or booking accommodation, please, ask our WISSA-2017 coordinator.

I’d like to draw your attention that hotel complex AMAKS “Yubileinaya” offers special prices for WISSA-2017 guests and participants. To get the huge  discount, you have to send your application form to the organizing committee. If necessary, we can also provide you transfer from the airport or railway station.
